Natalia is a dedicated  Loss Consultant/Marketer  with the Water and Fire Restoration Team, serving as the first point of support for clients navigating the restoration process. With strengths in  customer service  and  client relations, she prides herself on guiding homeowners with clarity, empathy, and professionalism during some of the most stressful moments of their lives.

What Natalia enjoys most about fire and water restoration is the opportunity to bring comfort and reassurance to families experiencing devastating loss. Helping restore not only their homes—but also their peace of mind—is deeply meaningful to her. Since joining the industry, she has gained strong knowledge in fire restoration processes, procedures, and the importance of quick, thoughtful action. She has also strengthened her understanding of the emotional impact these events have on clients and the value of compassionate communication.

Originally from  San Juan, Texas, Natalia enjoys a vibrant life outside of work—horseback riding, salsa dancing, watching movies, traveling, and spending quality time with her kids. She also enjoys playing the piano.

Before joining the restoration field, Natalia worked as a case manager at a migrant camp, supporting families in transition. This experience enhanced her ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and advocate for them—skills she uses every day in her role at WAFRT.

Natalia holds an  Associate’s degree in Marketing  and lives by a simple mission:  to always add value by supporting people with empathy, clarity, and commitment when they need it most.  Her goal is to continue growing with WAFRT, expand her knowledge, strengthen her leadership skills, and make a lasting impact on the clients and community she serves.
